----------------------------------------- "How to Make People Beg You for Your Business Presentation" Some years ago, after getting my real estate license, I decided to locate a company where I would begin my career as a Realtor. After selecting 25 or 30 companies out of the Yellow Pages, I began calling each one to see who would accept my application as a new agent. To my surprise, everybody wanted to hire me. They all boasted that they had the best training, the best market, the best commission split, the best office location and so on. They did their best to impress upon me that I should go with them. Except one. This one broker/owner told me that he didn't like hiring brand new agents. He wanted more experienced people that were well seasoned and that didn't need a lot of support and training. He told me that his agents were some of the highest paid agents in town and I probably wouldn't fit in being new and all. He told me that he wasn't sure if he wanted to devote all of the attention it would take to make me a part of his elite team. Guess which office I wanted to work for? I don't know if that guy was doing a number on me or if it was for real. But, I'll tell you one thing: all of the other companies that were competing to hire me just kind of faded into the background. I didn't care about what these other companies had to offer. I was only interested in one company now--the one that didn't care about hiring me. So what's the point? People want things they can't have. Things that are easy to get don't have a high value placed on them. Things that are difficult to get convey high value. People in network marketing that push and sell their business opportunity on people actually shoot themselves in the foot because they devalue themselves and their business by making it too easy to join. A much better strategy for recruiting people would be to make it more difficult for people to qualify for information about your business. But how do you do that? One of the ways you can do that is to convert your prospecting calls into "interviews" that place the responsibility on the prospects to qualify for your time and interest. When you do, your prospects will practically beg you to consider them for your business. They will answer all of your questions exactly the way you want them to...when they know they have to qualify for your business. Wouldn't that be fun to be able to prospect like that? Anyone can do this once they understand the language formula for it. This is just one of the many language formulas you will learn to master in our Business Coaching Program for network marketers. You will be coached you on how to make prospecting calls in such a way that your prospects will be practically begging you for your business presentation. By putting on the brakes before she finishes, you could cheat yourself out of another perspective that could benefit both of you." ----------------------------------------------- Bonus Announcement: Click Here to check out this month's special offer. ----------------------------------------------- Until the next issue...
