Business Coaching is a 12-month personal coaching and training program that will help you create a customized business plan for building a successful network marketing business. The program begins with helping you to discover your top five signature strengths (your natural gifts, talents and abilities) and then shows you how to focus on those strengths to build your network marketing business in ways that are natural and comfortable for you.

All of the coaches at MLMU are accomplished network marketers (most earn over $100,000 per year) who have mastered the proven sales, marketing and coaching models taught in the Business Coaching Program.

That depends on your goals and how fast you want to grow. Typically you will invest 10 to 15 hours per month. However, there are vast resources available at your fingertips in both audio and text format in the private Business Coaching area of the website. Additionally, there are ongoing support classes, group coaching sessions and community activities available for you to immerse yourself in this program if you desire to do so.

Business Coaching is designed to compliment the training and tools provided by your company. It is also designed to focus more attention on you as an individual and provide you with proven sales and marketing skills that you can't get anywhere else.
